In our technical centre, we focus on laser material processing, rapid prototyping and material testing.
A specially customised laser process is used for our printing forms (clichés) to ensure high quality in the subsequent print motif.
However, classic layouts of rigid, rigid-flex and flexible PCB boards can also be created.
Materials up to 300°C can be processed here. There is also the option of subsequent vapour phase smoothing for post-processing the components.
We can test the robustness of new developments against environmental influences at an early prototype stage.
A climate chamber for temperature, humidity and UV resistance tests is available for this purpose.
In addition to thermal analysis, the following can be used for material testing of our printed layers and functional components in our technical centre.
A tensile tester can be used to carry out elongation tests on substrate samples and preliminary tests on printed force sensors.
The thermoformability of a coating system can be tested using a thermoforming unit.
